These include well-established tokens like Solana, as well as memecoins such as Dogecoin, Bonk, and Official Trump, and even NFTs like Pudgy Penguins.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Crypto Optimism Under the Trump Administration<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Since President Donald Trump\u2019s re-election last November, there has been a surge in ETF applications from asset managers seeking to capitalize on the new administration\u2019s crypto-friendly stance. The White House has signaled plans to appoint pro-crypto regulators and pursue ETF reform, fueling optimism for a more efficient approval process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Industry Voices Urge Realistic Expectations<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Still, analysts urge caution. Juan Leon, CFA at Bitwise Asset Management, told <em>Decrypt<\/em> that expectations may be outpacing regulatory reality. \u201cMany assumed the Commission would greenlight everything immediately after submission, but that\u2019s not how the process works,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThese are government agencies\u2014bureaucracy takes time,\u201d Leon added.
