\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tThis Mobile Application Privacy Annex (\u201cAnnex\u201d) forms an integral part of the OnEquity\nLtd Privacy Policy and applies specifically to the processing of personal data through the\nOnEquity mobile application (\u201cApp\u201d).\nIn the event of any inconsistency, this Annex shall prevail in relation to data processed\nvia the App.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

1. Data Collected via the Mobile Application\n<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

In addition to the personal data described in the main Privacy Policy, the Company collects certain data specifically through the App, including:<\/p>

\u2022Photographs (selfies);
\u2022 Facial images;
\u2022 Liveness verification recordings;
\u2022 Technical data required to complete identity verification.<\/p>

Such data is collected solely for identity verification, anti-money laundering, counterterrorist financing and regulatory compliance purposes.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

The App processes biometric data, including facial images and liveness checks, as part of Know-Your-Customer (KYC) and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) procedures.<\/p>

Biometric data is used exclusively to:
\u2022 Verify the identity of the Client;
\u2022 Prevent fraud, impersonation and identity misuse;
\u2022 Comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

The processing of biometric data via the App is based on:
\u2022 Compliance with legal and regulatory obligations applicable to the Company; and
\u2022 The explicit consent of the Client, provided during the App registration and
verification process.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Where required by law or regulation, the provision of biometric data through the App is mandatory.
Failure to complete biometric verification may result in:
\u2022 Rejection of account registration;
\u2022 Restricted access to services; or
\u2022 Termination of the business relationship.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Such providers act as data processors and are bound by contractual confidentiality, security and data protection obligations.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Where required, such data may be retained for up to five (5) years following termination of the business relationship, after which it will be securely deleted or anonymised.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
