To request deletion of your Onequity Mobile account, please send an email from your registered email address to: [email protected] with subject “Account Deletion Request”.
Include:
- Your account number(s)
- Your full name
- Your phone number (if registered)
What we delete
- Profile information where legally permitted
- Device push notification tokens
- Non-regulatory preferences and settings
What we may retain
To comply with international legal and regulatory requirements (KYC/AML), we retain certain data for a specific amount of time, including:
- KYC documents and verification logs
- Transaction and payment records
- Compliance and audit logs
Processing time
We aim to process requests as soon as possible, typically within 30 days
