  • What platforms do you offer?

    OnEquity provides online trading on both MetaTrader 4 (MT4) and MetaTrader 5(MT5), the industry's most prominent trading platforms.

  • What is the minimum amount of deposit?

    In order to start trading, you are required to make a minimum deposit of 25 USD. Trading activity will not be enabled until this amount of funds has been credited to your account.

  • How can I open an account?

  • What documents do I need to register?

    Once registered, you will be asked to provide identity and address verification documents.

  • What base currencies do you offer?

    We offer trading accounts on different base currencies available in GBP, USD, EUR, JPY.

  • I have forgotten my password – what happens?

    While on login page, click on ‘Forgot Password’ and enter your registered email address. Further instructions on how to reset your password will be forwarded to you via email.

  • Are there any account fees?

    All trading accounts can be opened, managed, and deactivated without incurring any fees.

  • What account types do you offer?

    We offer various account types that best suit your trading needs.

  • Can I have multiple trading accounts?

    Yes, you can. To create an additional trading account, log in to our secure client area and request for an additional account.

    Please note that you can have up to 3 trading accounts.

  • Can I transfer funds between my accounts?

    If you have sufficient funds in your trading accounts, you can transfer them between easily. Simply navigate to the Trading Accounts menu, and select the Internal Transfer option. Next, choose the sending and recipient accounts, as well as the amount you wish to transfer.

  • Do you charge any deposit or withdrawal fees?

    At OnEquity, we believe in transparent and fair payment practices. That's why we don't charge any additional fees for depositing or withdrawing funds from your account.

  • How do I make a deposit?

  • Are there any fees associated with funding my account?

    Normally, we don't impose fees on deposit or withdrawal transactions. However, there may be instances where we incur charges from third-party providers, which we reserve the right to pass on to our clients at our discretion.

  • What is a Lot?

    A lot is a standardized unit of measure of a financial instrument that is traded on a market. OnEquity offers Micro lot size on all trading account types.

  • Can I trade micro lots?

    We provide micro lots across all types of trading accounts, offering traders the option to experiment with diverse trading strategies while safeguarding a substantial portion of their capital.

  • What is Slippage?

    Slippage occurs when there is a disparity between the requested price of a pending order or trade and the actual execution price. This disparity can be attributed to several factors, such as low liquidity, high volatility, and gaps in the markets (which refers to a situation where there is a discontinuity between the available tradable prices).

  • Do you offer fixed or variable spreads?

    Our platform does not provide fixed spreads since we do not manipulate market conditions or client orders. Therefore, all tradable products on our platform have variable spreads.

  • What is dynamic leverage?

    Dynamic leverage represents an automated capability empowering traders to finely tune their risk exposure and capitalize on potential gains.

    When trading with OnEquity, leverage can get up to 1:1000 depending on the market involved.

  • Do you support mobile trading?

    Absolutely. Our MT4 and MT5 mobile applications allow traders to manage their trading operations anytime and anywhere, from any Android or iOS device.

  • Can I use Expert Advisors (EAs)?

    Yes you can. We allow Expert Advisors on our trading platforms, meaning you can create or automate your trading strategy with no restrictions.

  • Are there any commissions charged when trading?

    Commissions are waived on premium account types. The basic one (Plus) is commission-free.
