Before requesting a withdrawal, you must have uploaded your payment details. To complete this process, within OnEquity Client Area click on 'Funds', then select 'Payment Details', and choose the payment method to upload your payment details.

To begin the withdrawal process, access the main menu and click on 'Funds'. From there, select 'Withdraw Funds' to proceed. You will then be prompted to choose the specific account from which you wish to withdraw funds.

Fast withdrawal processing

After submitting the request, monitor your account for updates on the processing of your withdrawal. The processing time is usually fast, depending on your withdrawal method.
